• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take 7–10 business days.

• Please note that unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or festivals may occur. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

• Free shipping may be applicable during special offers or on orders above a specified amount (if applicable).

5. Incorrect Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

• Sage Wellness will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Re-shipping charges may apply for returned or undelivered packages due to address errors.

6. Damaged or Missing Products

• If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Please take a photo/video of the package.

  • Email us at info@sagewellness.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will assist you with a replacement or resolution based on the situation.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
