At Sage Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that all our wellness products reach you in perfect condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return & exchange guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Essential oils

Bath & body products

Wellness consumables (teas, supplements, etc.)

Personal care items (rollers, diffusers with oils opened, etc.)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Please email us at info@sagewellness.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach clear photos/videos of the unboxing and the damaged item.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.
4. No Cash Refund

No cash or bank refunds will be provided.

Refunds are only processed in the form of a store credit or coupon voucher, which can be used on future purchases at Sage Wellness.
5. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original condition.

Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (unless item arrived damaged).
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
